During the Trip
While you will spend time at the orphanage getting to know and visit your child,
you will also have some time to do other things.
Take advantage of the opportunity to learn about you child’s birth country. Visit
the local attractions, bookstores, museums, historic sites, souvenirs shops,
postcards, and restaurants to learn about the history. Capture what you can
with photographs and/or video. You’ll be so glad that you did this!
Some families shop for holiday ornaments and other keepsakes to give to their
children for future birthdays and holidays. Families also sometimes purchase
gifts to give their child to celebrate his/her birthday or adoption day through the
years.
Before you know it, it will be time to come back home with your child. While
you will certainly need to rest, there are still a few things that you need to do
once you are home.
“You have been wonderful to
work with, and we have highly
recommended Frost to several
others we have come
in contact with. Thanks, again.”
