Tatiana Hogan, FIA’s director of programs, was raised in Russia and is uniquely qualified to assist families in arranging for overseas adoption. She has successfully placed more than 500 children with American families and her extensive experience in this field enables her to offer assistance through every step of the process. Tatiana works diligently to cultivate and maintain strong, solid relationships with our overseas adoption professionals. Tatiana and her husband have an adopted daughter from Russia.
