Frost International Adoptions has several long-established and well-organized programs in Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.

Frost partners with adoption professionals in these countries who have years of experience and involvement with adoptions. They work diligently to make your experience pleasant, fulfilling, and successful.

Our overseas partners willingly share their culture and history with US families. Families are escorted during the entire trip and housed with host families: a very enriching part of the adoption journey. This is priceless knowledge and a priceless experience that you, as adoptive parents, will share with your child(ren) someday.

We, at Frost, do our best to educate families about foreign adoption, but there are many more available channels through which families can continue to learn. Those seriously interested in foreign adoption need to understand and consider the risks and benefits of international adoption and how it differs from domestic adoption.
